Barista – Fiji

Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operating coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
• Taking customer orders and providing friendly and professional service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation and serving area.
• Monitoring inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Assisting with menu suggestions and specialty drinks.
• Handling guest complaints or special requests courteously.
• Following hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth service.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience as a barista or in food and beverage service is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor work in a café, restaurant, or hotel environment
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Fiji labor law)
