Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
 Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
 Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
 1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas of the facility according to standards.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, walls, and furniture.
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste according to hygiene guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Using cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.
• Ensuring all areas are hygienic, safe, and well-presented.
• Assisting with moving furniture or equipment as needed.
• Following safety, hygiene, and sanitation rules at all times.

Required Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Belarus labor law)
• Medical insurance

• 4 copies lab-printed photos (soft copy)
• NID photocopy
• Original passport (valid for at least 2 years)

• Police clearance (after permit approval)
• Medical check-up (mandatory)

Visa Relocation Details

Work invitation processing time 30 days, Next 90 days getting visa, then Manpower & Ticket booking. All about 180 days.
