Job Description

 Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
 Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
 Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
 1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Operating cranes and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lifting, moving, and placing materials at construction sites as per instructions.
• Inspecting crane equipment before use and reporting any defects.
• Reading and following site plans, load charts, and technical drawings.
• Coordinating with signalers, riggers, and other team members.
• Performing minor maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of crane equipment.
• Ensuring proper placement and stability of loads.
• Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Keeping accurate logs of operating hours, loads lifted, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of crane operation.
• Ability to operate cranes and lifting machinery safely.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good stamina, hand-eye coordination, and focus.
• Ability to read load charts and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Safety awareness.
• Problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• No experience required (experience is a plus)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Qatar labor law)
