Delivery Driver – Russia

Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Delivering goods, packages, or materials to designated locations safely and on time.
• Loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle efficiently.
• Inspecting goods for damages or discrepancies before and after delivery.
• Planning delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff, supervisors, and clients for smooth operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Following traffic laws, safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations.
• Reporting any accidents, delays, or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assisting with warehouse tasks or deliveries as needed.

Required Skills

• Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Basic knowledge of delivery procedures and vehicle handling.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good stamina, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety awareness and adherence to traffic and company rules.
• Efficiency in handling materials and deliveries safely.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience as a delivery driver or in vehicle handling is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Russia labor law)

• NID photocopy
• Original passport (valid for at least 2 years)
