Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Performing digging, loading, and material handling tasks at construction sites.
• Inspecting equipment before use and reporting any defects.
• Following site plans, technical drawings, and supervisors’ instructions.
• Maintaining equipment by performing basic cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Ensuring proper placement and leveling of excavated materials.
• Assisting with site preparation and coordinating with other workers.
• Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Keeping accurate logs of operating hours and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of excavator operation.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good stamina and coordination.
• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Safety awareness.
• Problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• No experience required (experience is a plus)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Montenegro labor law)
• Medical insurance
• 1-year renewable contract

• 4 copies lab-printed photos (soft copy)
• NID photocopy
• Original passport (valid for at least 2 years)

• Excavator operator skills certificate (if available)
• Police clearance (after permit approval)
• Medical check-up (mandatory)

Visa Relocation Details

Work invitation processing time 30 days, Next 90 days getting visa, then Manpower & Ticket booking. All about 180 days.
