Job Description
Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.
Responsibilities
• Planning, preparing, and overseeing daily kitchen operations.
• Designing menus and ensuring food quality and presentation standards.
• Managing kitchen staff, assigning tasks, and training new team members.
• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinating with restaurant or catering management for special events.
• Managing food costs and minimizing waste.
• Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring proper use.
• Following instructions from supervisors and supporting team coordination.
Required Skills
• Strong culinary knowledge and cooking skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Creativity in menu design and food presentation.
• Good stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety and hygiene awareness.

Requirements
• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in cooking or kitchen management is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor work in a kitchen environment
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere
Company Facilities
• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per North Macedonia labor law)

Work invitation processing time 30 days, Next 90 days getting visa, then Manpower & Ticket booking. All about 180 days.
