Loader/Unloader – Serbia

Job Description

 Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods, materials, and shipments efficiently and safely.
• Moving items to designated storage or dispatch areas within the warehouse.
• Inspecting goods for damages or discrepancies during handling.
• Assisting in organizing and stacking items properly in storage areas.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff, pickers, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in loading, unloading, and storage areas.
• Following safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations.
• Assisting with packing, picking, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Reporting any damages, accidents, or equipment issues to supervisors.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of loading and unloading procedures.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good stamina, strength, and coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory handling procedures.
• Safety awareness and ability to follow rules.
• Efficiency in handling materials safely.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in loading, unloading, warehouse work, or material handling is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Belarus labor law)

• NID photocopy
• Original passport (valid for at least 2 years)
