Packer – Serbia

Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Packing goods accurately according to warehouse or store instructions.
• Ensuring items are properly labeled, protected, and ready for shipment.
• Checking products for quality and quantity before packing.
• Moving packed items to storage or loading areas efficiently.
• Maintaining records of packed items and reporting discrepancies or damages.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff, pickers, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Keeping packing and storage areas clean and organized.
• Following safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations.
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and other warehouse tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of packing procedures and warehouse operations.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good attention to detail, stamina, and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory handling and storage procedures.
• Safety awareness and ability to follow rules.
• Efficiency in handling and packing materials safely.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in packing, warehouse work, or material handling is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Belarus labor law)

• NID photocopy
• Original passport (valid for at least 2 years)
