Painter – Russia

Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities
• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
• Mixing paints and choosing the right materials for each project.
• Applying paint, varnish, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Ensuring smooth and even finishing on walls, ceilings, and structures.
• Removing old paint and performing touch-up work when needed.
• Protecting surrounding areas with covers or tape to avoid damage.
• Assisting in site preparation and organizing tools and materials.
• Following safety rules and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Coordinating with supervisors and team members.

Required Skill
• Basic knowledge of painting work.
• Ability to use brushes, rollers, sanders, and spray tools.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good stamina and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare and finish surfaces properly.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Safety awareness.
• Problem-solving skills.

Requirements
• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• No experience required (experience is a plus)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities
• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Russia labor law)
