Pastry Chef – Russia

Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, baking, and decorating pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts.
• Creating and following recipes for sweet and savory baked goods.
• Managing pastry inventory and ordering ingredients as needed.
• Ensuring all food is prepared according to quality and hygiene standards.
• Assisting in plating and presentation of desserts.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.
• Operating and maintaining ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff and supervisors to meet service schedules.
• Following all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
• Ability to decorate and present pastries creatively.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Attention to detail and consistency in preparation.
• Safety and hygiene awareness.

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in baking or pastry work is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor work in a kitchen environment
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Russia labor law)
