Restaurant – Russia

Job Description

 Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Managing restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer complaints.
• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs.
• Maintaining hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all areas.
• Coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Preparing reports on sales, performance, and operational issues.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in restaurant management or hospitality is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor work in a restaurant environment
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Russia labor law)
