Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
 Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
 Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
 1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervising and training kitchen staff.
• Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitoring inventory, assisting in ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Helping in menu planning and food presentation.
• Assisting with special events and catering as needed.
• Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring proper use.
• Following instructions from the Executive Chef and coordinating with the team.

Required Skills

• Good culinary knowledge and cooking skills.
• Ability to manage and guide kitchen staff.
• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Creativity in food preparation and presentation.
• Good stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Safety and hygiene awareness.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in cooking or kitchen management is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor work in a kitchen environment
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Russia labor law)

Work invitation processing time 30 days, Next 90 days getting visa, then Manpower & Ticket booking. All about 180 days.
