Waiter/Waitress – Serbia

Job Description

Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Ensuring proper table setup and presentation according to restaurant standards.
• Assisting guests with menu selections and answering questions about dishes.
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Handling guest complaints or special requests effectively.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Following hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assisting with inventory checks and restocking supplies when needed.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor work in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Belarus labor law)
