Warehouse Manager – Serbia

Job Description

 Must hold a valid Bangladeshi passport.
Can apply even without police clearance (to be arranged later).
Can apply if the medical is not yet done (we will assist).
1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations and managing warehouse staff.
• Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments.
• Ensuring proper storage of goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and supervising loading and unloading of goods.
• Implementing and maintaining warehouse safety and security protocols.
• Maintaining records of stock movements, inventory reports, and documentation.
• Coordinating with suppliers, transport teams, and other departments.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required Skills

• Physically fit and smart (mandatory).
• Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment and basic computer systems.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

• Age: 21–40 years
• Male candidates only
• Primary education
• Experience in warehouse management or logistics is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Honest, active, hardworking, creative, and sincere

Company Facilities

• Duty: 8 hours daily (overtime as per Belarus labor law)
